##plugins.themes.bootstrap3.article.main##
Abstract
INTRODUCTION. Telework has increased significantly as a result of COVID-19. However, this type of work modality can have a negative impact on the health and well-being of workers if adequate measures are not taken. This leads companies to seek to ensure adequate ergonomics to minimize possible risks to the health of the worker. OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this review article is to inform employers about the tools that have been used by national and foreign companies in ergonomic evaluations. METHOD. This research is descriptive and is based on the systematic review of academic publications in open access multidisciplinary databases such as Alicia, DOAJ, Scielo, REDIB, among others and during the years 2018 to 2021. RESULTS. As a result, 11 investigations related to the study variables telework and ergonomic evaluation were found, obtaining as main ergonomic evaluation tools the methods REBA, RULA, ROSA, Kuorinka Nordic, E-LEST and online surveys. CONCLUSIONS. Considering the research and the limitations that these had to apply ergonomic evaluations, we suggest using the evaluation by survey method and complementing it with a ROSA method to optimize the results and analysis.
